After brunch, enjoy a presentation and discussion on the book Get Your House Right: Architectural Elements to Use and Avoid with ICAA board member Fred Bissinger. Author Marianne Cusato provides easily understood advice that simply depends on good proportions and sound construction principles. Fred Bissinger has long been known for creating house designs that combine tradition and innovation, and considers Cusato’s guide a valuable teaching tool that effectively communicates many of the design principles he regularly applies in his work as an architect.
The brunch and lecture will be held in the Tague Lumber Design Showroom in Malvern, PA. The 10,000 s.f. facility is the site of extensive product displays of kitchens, baths, windows, doors, hardware, millwork, mouldings, sidings, decks, and more, and boasts a staff of top designers available to help make any dream a reality.
